Individuals - Non-Profits - Business Vehicles Welcome To Hand Out Treats!
The ladies auxiliary is excited to announce they will be hosting their 3rd annual trunk-or-treat in the front fire company parking lot
in October of 2024. Information is provided below about the event and its' many fun opportunities.
Trunk or Treat provides a safe and fun way for families to enjoy Halloween.
Children trick or treat at decorated car trunks, truck beds, and more.
This event is open to any individual, business, or organization who wishes to participate to handout candy/treats or other small gifts. Decorate your car, truck, SUV or commercial vehicle for a great public relations opportunity!
Vehicles will be set up in the rear parking lot to hand out candy. Parking for guests will be in the front parking lot of the fire company. Attendance is free to anyone who would like to trick or treat.
There will be a small donation fee of $10.00 to set up and hand out candy or to become a vendor, crafter, or food truck vendor.
All registrations are due October 19th 2024
There will also be vendors, crafters and food trucks on the fire company grounds.
Registrations are on a first come, first paid basis.
There are various setup times: Trunk or Treat 4:50-5:50pm - Food trucks, crafters, & vendors - 4:00-5:50pm
All vehicles must be parked by 5:30pm among all registered participants.
All vehicles may not leave until 8:10pm. Trunk or Treat participants out the front parking lot. Vendors/crafters out front or back.
All Trunk or Treat participants must decorate their space & provide a theme on application.
Food trucks, vendors & crafters have the option to decorate & hand out candy/treats/free items.
All decorations and costumes must be family friendly! This is a fun event for all ages.
Costumes are encouraged but not required.
All candy/treats must be pre-packaged. NO homemade treats are permitted!
Other items such as crafts, small games, school supplies may be handed out as well.
Please make sure to have at least one (1) item per child.
Additional games & activities at the trunk encouraged, but not required. (spin the wheel, bean bags, etc.)
No political or religious advertising will be allowed.
Trunk or Treat - Electricity is available for a limited amount of spaces. Spaces filled on first come, first serve basis.
Food trucks, crafters, and vendors, power is supplied in the grove area.
All participants have the option to bring a quiet generator for power.
All food trucks can sell beverages. All beverages must be non-alcoholic.
The fire company will have the right to check any candy/treat handouts at any time to make sure it is safe for everyone.
